CHARACTER NOTES

These characters exist inside the music.

They are not archetypes — they are pressures.

VLAD

The undisputed center of the room. Vlad doesn’t just command the stage — he defines it. Power, control, and charisma are his currency, and he knows exactly how fragile they are. What looks like dominance is often fear sharpened into style.

JOHNNY

An outsider with raw hunger and nothing to lose. Johnny’s danger isn’t experience — it’s belief. He hasn’t learned where the lines are yet, and that makes him unpredictable. The room notices.

JENNY

The emotional axis of the night. Jenny moves through the Lair aware of its gravity, its seduction, and its cost. She is not a prize — she is a decision-maker navigating desire, survival, and self-definition in a room that rarely allows women all three.

DELILAH

Volatile, intimate, and watchful. Delilah understands how power works here because she’s lived beside it. She knows when to press, when to provoke, and when to burn everything down rather than be erased.

SCABBARD

A loyal enforcer with his own code. Scabbard believes in hierarchy, but not blindly. He watches the cracks form long before anyone admits they’re there.

HARRY THE HAT

The groove that holds the room together. Harry is observation disguised as rhythm — present, steady, and rarely fooled. He knows how many versions of this night he’s already seen.

THE LAIR

Not a character — a force.

The Lair rewards hunger, punishes weakness, and remembers everything. Once you step inside, you don’t leave unchanged.
